Medical history and physical examination

During each visit to the practice, your doctor will speak with you about your complaints, medication and the course of previous examinations and treatments. A physical examination usually takes place before an ultrasound scan of the heart. It is helpful if you bring a list of your medication and most recent blood test results with you.
